Tree Pruning Workshop

This workshop will cover the basics of tree pruning and tool maintenance, and you will gain real pruning experience on our olive trees.

Our instructors will be providing an in-depth look into tree structure and shape to best understand how to make the right cut and why. There will be a break after the educational portion and a vegan lunch will be provided for the attendees. We'll then follow up with hands-on training in which each participant will be able to practice pruning on an olive tree.

When: Sunday, February 9th, 2025

Time: 9am to 3pm

Cost: Sliding scale $105-$145. We are doing our best to keep this workshop accessible. Please pay what you are able. Anything above the basic cost will allow us to offer scholarships to those who need it.

Lunch

A hearty vegan lunch will be provided. 

Please specify your specific dietary needs or restrictions upon registration so that Mama Tree can accommodate you for meals. Write your dietary needs in the notes section before paying.

Payment

We offer a sliding-scale pricing model to increase accessibility to those who need it, as well as providing the opportunity to ‘pay it forward’ to those who can afford to sponsor others in need.

We offer three tiers of payment for the entire weekend:

• Tier 1: $105 - Sponsored tuition
• Tier 2: $125 - Standard tuition
• Tier 3: $145 - Pay it forward

Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided if a student can no longer attend if we are notified by February 2, 2025. We can provide a refund of 50% up until two days before the workshop begins. However, due to preparation expenses, we are unable to provide a refund if a cancellation occurs within two days before the workshop begins.
